Dionne Whelan

Dionne works with a number of major clients developing and delivering a range of financial programmes for financial and non-financial managers, including specialist financial programmes for Supply Chain and IT professionals.

Dionne's passion is the development of expertise in learning to ensure programme design reflects the learning needs analysis undertaken and results in the transfer of learning to the workplace. Dionne specialises in Learning Evaluation, her techniques have been successfully used by a number of clients to demonstrate changes to personal behaviour and subsequent improved business performance as a result of learning and development initiatives.

Having obtained a first class honours degree in Chemistry from Kings College London, Dionne went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. As a senior manager she specialised in the hospitality and leisure practice in both the provision of audit and business advisory services to her own portfolio of clients and in the management of the training activities of the hospitality and leisure practice. Dionne then spent the last six years as a director of a global management training company working with FTSE 350 and Fortune 100 clients before joining Corporate Edge.
